Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
We work on 3 to 5 working days for main centres in South Africa. Outlying and remote areas can take between 5 to 7 days. See our delivery options at checkout for additional delivery options. We do not offer same day delivery on any goods.
Local Collections
We are based in McGregor and you are welcome to collect your order with us at 46 Voortrekker Street during business hours. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. We can also deliver locally for all orders over R500.
I filled in the wrong delivery address, what now?
Call us or email us within 24 hours to update your delivery address. We don’t take responsibility for incorrect delivery if you didn’t reach out to us in time.
Returns and refunds
We supply food and drinks that you are unable to return. If your goods arrived damaged or expired we will replace or refund them when we are at fault. Contact us to discuss your refund options.
Can you deliver on public holidays, after hours or weekends?
We deliver working days from Monday to Friday. See our shipping options available at checkout. We don’t deliver on public holidays, after hours or weekends.
Is my personal information safe?
We will not share your personal information to any third parties. You will only be added to future correspondance if you add your phone number to our WhatsApp list. We will be in touch regarding your order and/or to confirm delivery.
